Fundraising for Ukraine DEC Appeal

Huge thanks to all those who contributed to, or took part in, this year’s Lent Soup Lunches.
A magnificent – and record – £788.50 was raised for the Ukraine DEC Appeal!
This will make a huge, practical difference to people in real need.
The Scout Group fundraiser for the ShelterBox Ukraine Appeal raised an astonishing £550!
These young people and their supporters also deserve huge congratulations.
When these financial contributions are added to the considerable number of private donations made to the DEC appeal by the folks of Riding Mill, it once again underlines what a caring, compassionate community we live in.
