Notice regarding Live Streaming of Services

It is the policy of St. James’s Church to live stream services via the internet.

Participants in our services, in whatever capacity, are deemed to have given their consent to be included in live streaming. This applies to adults and children, for whom permission from parents/ carers is implied by participation, unless explicitly withdrawn (see below).

If you do not wish to be included in live streaming, or do not wish children for whom you have responsibility to be included, please ask one of our stewards, the Churchwarden or the Priest to direct you to a camera-free area.

We do not routinely record our services, but may do so from time to time. The conditions attached to recording of services are the same as those applied to live streaming.
